摘要

对于低塑性、大高径比的铝镁合金零件

传统的加工方法很难实现一次拉深成形。针对航空航天等领域对铝镁合金成形零件的需求

对5A06铝镁合金筒形件多次拉深成形进行数值模拟。基于大高径比铝镁合金板材特殊的成形极限需要

提出了径向加载液压拉深技术。结果表明

采用合理匹配的液室加载路径和径向加载路径

能控制破裂和变形不足

有效地减少成形工序

而且显著提高了成形极限。经过生产试模

验证了数值模拟分析结果的准确性

并生产出了合格的5A06筒形件。

Abstract

For the low plasticity and large height-diameter ratio aluminum magnesium alloy parts

the traditional processing method is difficult to achieve deep drawing with one time.For forming demand in aerospace and other fields

numerical simulation of multi-stage deep drawing process for the aluminummagnesium alloy（5A06）cylindrical parts was carried out.To meet the forming need of aluminum-magnesium alloy with large height-diameter ratio cylindrical cup

a forming process named hydrodynamic deep drawing（HDD）with radial hydraulic pressure was proposed.The results indicate that under the reasonable match of liquid chamber pressure and radial pressure loading paths

crack and deforming deficiency can be controlled

meanwhile

the forming steps and the forming limitation are reduced effectively.After the trial production

the numerical simulation analysis results was verified

and the qualified cylindrical part 5A06 was produced successfully.
