Cu-Co-Si-Zr合金的固溶时效处理
摘要
采用真空熔炼工艺制备了引线框架材料Cu-Co-Si-Zr合金
对合金进行了金相组织观察、力学性能测试、电导率测试
研究了不同的热处理条件对该合金的组织和性能的影响。结果表明
该合金有明显的时效强化特性
最佳的热处理工艺为980℃×2h固溶+510℃×3h时效
合金的电导率和硬度(HB)分别为27.78 MS/m和198.2。
Abstract
Effects of different heat treatments on microstructure and properties of Cu-Co-Si-Zr frame alloy prepared by vacuum melting condition were investigated by hardness tester
electric conductivity and tensile testing
metallograph.The results show that the characteristics of aging strengthening exists in the alloy obviously.The electrical conductivity and hardness can reach 27.78MS/m and 198.2HB
respectively
with aging at 510 ℃for 3hand solid solution at 980 ℃for 2h.
