摘要

采用铸锻复合一体化成形技术制备了AZ91D镁合金

研究了锻压变形量对AZ91D镁合金组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明

锻压变形量越大

锻压对模具型腔内凝固过程的AZ91D镁合金的强制补缩效果越好

收缩裂纹和缩孔越少

AZ91D镁合金的抗拉强度和伸长率越高。当锻压变形量为2mm时

锻压变形能够完全消除收缩裂纹和缩孔

压实显微组织。当锻压变形量为5mm时

AZ91D镁合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别为240.3 MPa和4.14%

与未锻压相比

此时AZ91D镁合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别提高了34.7%和52.7%。

Abstract

The casting-forging integrated technology was used to prepare AZ91 D magnesium alloy.The effects of forging deformation rate on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91 Dmagnesium alloy were investigated.The results show that

with the increase of forging deformation rate

the forced feeding effect on the solidification alloys in die cavity is enhanced

and the shrinkage cracks and shrinkages in AZ91 D magnesium alloy are decreased

and the ultimate tensile strength and the elongation of AZ91 D magnesium alloy are increased.When the forging deformation rate reaches more than 2mm

the shrinkage cracks and shrinkages in AZ91 D magnesium alloy can be eliminated.When the forging deformation rate reaches 5mm

the ultimate tensile strength and the elongation of AZ91 Dmagnesium alloy are 240.3 MPa and 4.14%

which are improved by 34.7% and 52.7%

respectively

compared with those of AZ91 D magnesium alloy without forging.
