摘要

研究了K424合金X型拉杆前段的精铸工艺。该铸件为大尺寸中空盲管薄壁件

在试制过程中

陶芯的断裂和脱除、铸件的收缩控制和冶金质量都存在一定难度;针对这些问题

对X型拉杆前段从模具收缩设计、蜡模制备方案、浇注系统设计和铸造工艺优化等方面进行了系统的研究

试制出的K424合金X型拉杆前段铸件冶金质量优良、尺寸精确

满足了设计和使用要求。

Abstract

Large size hollow thin-walled K424 alloy X-type pulling rod front end with blind tube was produced by investment casting.There exist some problems in trial-production

such as crack and demoulding of ceramic cores

contract control of the castings and melting quality.Aiming at the problems mentioned above

some measures

such as contraction design

wax pattern preparation

gating system design and processing optimization

were presented.Through improving measures

the qualified castings were produced successfully

meeting the design and use requirement.
