大型不锈钢球阀熔模铸造工艺优化
摘要
大型不锈钢汽轮球阀结构复杂、壁厚不均
存在孤立热节
熔模铸造时存在局部缩松。借助ProCAST软件
在分析原有工艺方案的基础上
对浇冒系统的结构进行了重新设计
并采用特殊方法引入铸造冷铁
使铸件实现自下而上的顺序凝固
成功消除了球阀铸件孤立热节处的缩松缺陷
提高了产品的合格率。
Abstract
The large ball valve has complex structure with non-uniform wall thickness and isolated hot spots
so partial shrinkage porosity is always generated in the investment casting
decreasing the qualified rate of ball valve.The gating system was redesigned based on ProCAST software analyzing original system.Chills were also introduced through special method to realize sequential solidification from bottom to up
so the shrinkage porosity in the isolated hot spot of the ball valve was eliminated successfully
