提出了一种正交试验与灰色关联分析相结合的6005A铝合金板材MIG电弧焊工艺参数多目标优化方法。以试验数据为基础

将多工艺目标参数优化问题转化为对单一目标灰色关联度的优化。解决了试验数据不足的问题

简化了优化过程

提高了决策的准确性

验证了方法的有效性。

Abstract

A multi-objective optimization method of MIG electric arc welding process parameters for aluminum alloy 6005 Asheet was presented based on orthogonal test and grey correlation analysis.The multi-objective parameter optimization problem was transformed into the optimization of the grey correlation degree of a single target based on the experimental data.The problem of insufficient test data was solved

and the optimization process was simplified

meanwhile

the accuracy of the decision was improved.Experiments verified the validity of the method.
