Si含量对铝基复合材料摩擦性能的影响
摘要
采用粉末冶金法制备Si颗粒增强铝基复合材料
在不同的载荷条件下进行干摩擦试验
研究增强相Si含量对材料摩擦性能的影响。结果表明
增强相Si的加入有效提高了复合材料的摩擦性能;随着Si含量的增加
摩擦因数和磨损量均先减小后增大
当Si含量达到12%时
其摩擦性能最好。通过SEM和EDX分析铝基复合材料磨损表面
其磨损机制主要为磨粒磨损和氧化磨损。
Abstract
The particle reinforced aluminum matrix composites were prepared by powder metallurgy method
and effects of Si content on the friction properties of the composites were investigated by the dry friction experiment under different loading conditions.The experimental results reveal that the addition of Si can improve effectively the friction properties of particles reinforced aluminum matrix composites.With the increase of Si content
the friction coefficient and wear rate are decreased firstly and then increased.When 12% Si content
the friction coefficient and wear rate reach the minimum value.By analyzing the wear surface of aluminum matrix composites by SEM and EDX method
the wear mechanism of Al matrix composites is characterized mainly by abrasive wear and oxidation wear.
