双金属复合管离心铸造过程温度场的研究

对大直径双金属复合管离心铸造过程进行了数值模拟
研究了外层浇注温度、内层浇注温度以及内、外层金属浇注间隔时间对铸件质量的影响。结果表明
提高外层浇注温度
起到了保温作用
对界面结合有利
内、外层金属浇注间隔时间对双金属界面结合起到决定性的影响;间隔时间过长将无法实现冶金结合
间隔时间过短引起内层材料稀释和外层材料减薄。
Abstract
Through simulating centrifugal casting process of large diameter double metal composite tube
influence of some parameters on the casting quality was investigated such as the outer metal pouring temperature
inner metal pouring temperature and the interval time of inner-outer pouring.The results show that the increase of the outer metal pouring temperature is beneficial for interface bonding as a result of holding temperature
and the interval time of pouring two metal casting controls the interfacial bonding.
