摘要

研究了振动频率对消失模铸造高铬铸铁件中非金属夹杂物含量、显微组织、硬度及冲击吸收功的影响。结果表明

振动能明显细化高铬铸铁的显微组织

当振动频率为50Hz时细化效果最明显;振动显著降低非金属夹杂物含量

当振动频率为30Hz时降低幅度最大;硬度随振动频率的增加而提高;冲击吸收能量的变化与非金属夹杂物变化趋势正好相反

当振动频率为30Hz时最高。

Abstract

Mechanical vibration was carried out during the solidification of lost foam casting（LFC）high chromium cast iron.The effects of vibration frequencies on the non-metallic inclusions content

microstructure

hardness and impact absorbing energy of as-cast high chromium cast iron were investigated.The results indicate that the microstructure is refined significantly

especially the vibration frequency of50 Hz

and the non-metallic inclusions content is reduced obviously and the impact absorbing energy is improved obviously

especially the vibration frequency of 30 Hz.In addition

the hardness is increased with the increase of frequency.
