钛合金喷管的数值模拟与工艺优化

基于ProCAST软件对某钛合金喷管铸件充型及凝固过程进行了数值模拟
结果显示铸件壁内部存在着大量的缩孔
这与实际浇注结果相符合。通过模拟
在喷管壁外侧设置冒口和改变型壳预热温度
改进后的方案有效地减少了缩孔的数量
改善了缺陷情况。
Abstract
The filling and solidification process of the titanium alloy exhaust duct was simulated based on the ProCAST software.The results show that there exist a lot of shrinkage porosity in the casting by simulation
which was consistent with the actual ones
seriously affecting quality of the casting.Two methods were used to optimize the pouring process including setting the risers on the outside of the casting wall and changing the shell preheating temperature.The optimized process can effectively reduce the number of the shrinkage porosity.
