摘要

采用熔模铸造生产形状复杂的ZG03Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢喷推导叶片

为了防止其变形

在工艺分型面设计了直面+斜面+三维扭曲曲面的复杂分型;压型采用了多模组合技术减少起模变形;合理控制精密铸造过程中的工艺方法和技术参数;中转运输时采用了不同的防变形的辅助装备

从而制造合格的喷推导叶叶片精密铸件。

Abstract

ZG03Cr22Ni5Mo3N dual phase stainless steel jetting blade with complicated shape was produced by investment casting.In order to prevent the casting deformation

process parting surface was designed with perpendicular face+inclined plane+complex parting of three dimensional curved surface.The moulds adopts a multi-mode combination technology to reduce deformation of the mold.During the investment casting process

the process method and the technical parameters should be controlled reasonably.In addition

the auxiliary process equipments of different anti-deformation were designed.Thus

qualified jetting blade was manufactured.
