摘要

根据非稳态传热理论

建立了多次连续压铸时压铸模型腔表面的温度模型。以铜合金压铸为例

分析了铜合金压铸时离H13钢模具型腔表面不同距离点的温度时间变化曲线及热平衡时温度波动曲线。结果表明

离压铸模型腔表面距离越近的点温度波动幅度越大

达到热平衡所需要的时间越短

热平衡时最大温度和最小温度也越大

该区域是最容易热疲劳失效的区域。

Abstract

According to the unsteady heat transfer theory

temperature model of die casting die cavity surface during multiple die casting cycles was analyzed.The temperature to time curves of different depth points from cavity surface and temperature fluctuation profile in thermal equilibrium state were analyzed.The results reveal that the point at the near distance from cavity surface exhibits a large temperature fluctuation

short time for reaching heat balance and high temperature difference of heat balance.Cavity surface of die casting die is the most failure zone.
