在模具相应部位增加排气槽之后
气孔并没有明显改善。使用铸造CAE技术对凸轮轴支架铸件进行仿真模拟
并根据模拟结果
找到解决气孔问题的途径
对压铸件的排溢系统进行了改进。经过生产验证
改进后产品的工艺窗口变宽
气孔大大减少
压铸件品质稳定。
Abstract
The needle hole can be observed in the processed plane of camshaft bracket in the production process.Although the air vent was set at corresponding place of mold
there still was absent in remarkable improvement on the defect of pore.In order to understand origination of the gas hole
based on the CAE technology
the filling and solidification process was simulated.According to the simulated result
the exhausted-overflow system was modified.The results reveal that gas holes in the camshaft bracket are decreased obviously by actual production
