摘要

钛合金产品在生产过程中因多种原因可能会产生各种缺陷

针对生产中遇到的部分钛合金缺陷进行了分析

并提出了预防措施。分析表明

大部分的钛合金冶金缺陷主要是由生产钛合金的原材料品质问题所导致的

其冶金缺陷的表现形式有化学成分不合格、难熔中间合金夹渣物、氧化钛不熔块、区域成分偏析等。

Abstract

Titanium alloy can form a variety of defects in the production process due to various reasons.Titanium alloy defects encountered in production were analyzed for some examples

and the preventing countermeasures were put forward to reduce or eliminate defects.The results show that the metallurgical defect in titanium alloy is mainly caused by the production of raw materials of titanium alloy

and metallurgical defect types are mainly composed of unqualified chemical composition

refractory intermediate alloy slag

titanium oxide clinker

regional composition segregation and so on.
