Effects of pulsed magnetic field with different magnetic intensity and frequency on primary Si and eutectic Si phase in microstructure of Al-12.6Si-1Cu Alloy were investigated.At a fixed pulsed magnetic intensity
effect of pulse magnetic field frequency on primary Si and eutectic silicon in microstructure of eutectic Al-Si alloy was analyzed.The result shows that with the frequency of the pulsed magnetic field increased from 0.5Hz to 5Hz
microstructure of primary silicon and eutectic silicon in Al-12.6Si-1Cu alloy are refined obviously firstly and then coarsened.In the case of the pulsed magnetic field frequency of 2Hz
with the intensity of the pulse magnetic field increased from 5×104 A/m to 7×105 A/m
the size of primary silicon and eutectic silicon in the Al-12.6Si-1Cu alloy can be refined firstly
and then coarsened.The influence of the magnetic field intensity on the primary silicon and eutectic silicon is more than that of the frequency.
