Abstract
According to the forming characteristics of the pressure-casting
by the analysis of casting process for the material
structure and size of the thin-walled zinc alloy part
3D modeling and die casting die were designed by using UG software.The structure characteristics of die casting die with double parting surface was described.The insert structures of die casting die for the thin-walled part and the push pin layout of pushing mechanis were analyzed.Processed die after assembly and adjustment exhibits steady working state.
