摘要

采用ANSYS对某型号冰箱冷藏箱内壳变形情况进行了模拟分析。根据模拟结果

对发泡模具设计尺寸进行了修正补偿。实践证明

通过数值模拟

实现了箱体发泡模具的优化设计

对类似零件的生产具有参考价值。

Abstract

In traditional design

the deformation of the inner shell of the refrigerator box body was not controlled accurately

resulting in modification of the subsequent foam mould design repeatedly.Taking inner shell of a type of refrigerator reefer case as an example

the deformations of inner shell of a reefer case was simulated and analyzed by the ANSYS software.Based on deformation analysis

the design sizes of foam mould were compensated.Practical production reveals that numerical simulation can realize the optimization of the foam mould for the box body

which can provide a reference for the production of similar parts.
