基于果蝇优化算法的冒口优化
摘要
根据补缩原理和生产实践经验
建立了冒口优化数学模型
并转化成实际问题模型。采用果蝇优化算法对冒口的实际问题模型进行了优化设计。优化结果表明
在满足工艺要求前提下
冒口的体积比模数法计算的体积减少了12.63%
优化效果十分明显。通过对比华铸CAE的模拟结果
表明果蝇优化算法是可行的。
Abstract
Riser design is an important part of casting process design.In order to save metal materials and reduce production cost
the design principles of riser process were further analyzed.According to the feeding principles and production experience
the riser optimization model was established and transformed into an actual problem model.The riser actual problem model was optimized by using fruit fly optimization algorithm.On the precondition of process requirement
the optimization result shows that the riser volume is reduces by 12.635% compared with calculated by the modulus algorithm
exhibiting a satisfied effects.Compared with the simulated results by HZCAE
the result verifies the feasibility of fruit fly optimization algorithm.
