AZ31合金TIG焊接工艺与组织性能研究
摘要
研究了焊接电流、焊接速度和氩气流量对AZ31合金TIG焊接接头力学性能与显微组织的影响。结果表明
当焊接电流为160A
焊接速度为4mm/s
氩气流量为10L/min时
焊接接头具有最佳的强度与塑性
焊接接头的抗拉强度达到母材的97%
屈服强度达到母材的98%。随着焊接热输入的增加
热影响区的平均晶粒尺寸增大
但是热影响区的宽度都比较窄
这可能与母材中弥散分布的第二相粒子有关。
Abstract
Effects of welding current
welding speed and the argon flow rate on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TIG welding joint were investigated.The results show that with welding current of 160 A
the welding speed of 4mm/s
argon flow rate of 10L/min
welded joints can possess the desirable strength and plasticity
where the tensile strength and yield strength of welded joints reach97% and 98% of the matrix material
respectively.With the increase of the welding heat input
the average grain size in the heat affected zone is increased
however
the width of the heat affected zone is narrow
which may be related with the second phase particles in the matrix material.
