上方侧注式双辊铸轧1050铝薄带的研究
摘要
采用上方侧注式双辊铸轧工艺制备了1050铝铸轧薄带
并观察了薄带金相组织。结果表明
1050铸轧薄带表面质量良好;薄带厚度随带坯长度的增加而先增加后趋于稳定。金相组织观察表明
上方侧注式双辊铸轧薄带上辊侧与下辊侧组织存在明显差异。上辊侧为等轴生长的凝固组织
下辊侧为轧制变形组织
且中间存在一条分界线
是由于轧制作用改善冷却条件所产生的。
Abstract
Thin strip of industrial pure 1050 aluminum alloy was produced by top side-pouring twin-roll casting process
and its microstructure was observed.The results show that the as-cast 1050 strip exhibits satisfy in surface appearance with little defect.The thickness of the strip is increased with the increasing length and then to be stable.The microstructure observation reveals that apparent difference in the microstructure can be observed between the upper roll and lower roll sides.On the upper roll side
the microstructure belongs to solidification structure with equiaxed growth
while on the lower roll side
the microstructure is the rolling deformation structure.In addition
there exists a boundary line at the middle
which is attributed to the improvement of heat transfer condition caused by rolling force.
