摘要

通过对中间包流动过程测速及选择空心玻璃微珠模拟夹杂物

对1∶2的6流连铸中间包进行水力学模拟试验

研究了长水口位置改变对中间包流场、RTD曲线以及对中间包内夹杂物去除率的影响。结果表明

长水口与6个出口连线的垂直距离由800mm增大到1 000mm时

中间包注流区流场变化不大

活塞流体积增大

夹杂物去除率增大了28.76%

提高了中间包的冶金效果。

Abstract

The hydraulic simulation experiment of the 1∶2six-strands continuous casting tundish was carried out with the hollow glass bead by velocity and inclusion removal efficiency measurement to understand effect of the position change of the long nozzle on the flow field

the RTD curve and the removal efficiency of inclusion in the tundish.The results reveal that when the vertical distance from the long nozzle to the six outlet connections is increased from 800 mm to 1 000 mm

the flow field in the inlet section is similar

while plug volume fraction of the tundish is increased with the removal efficiency of inclusion increased by 28.76%

improving the metallurgical quality of tundish.
