摘要

以铸态Mg-7Al-1Si合金为基体

单独添加变质剂Gd及复合添加变质剂Gd与Ca

对比研究不同变质剂对铸态Mg-7Al-1Si合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明

单一添加变质剂Gd及复合添加变质剂Gd与Ca均能明显细化Mg-7Al-1Si合金的晶粒尺寸

β-Mg

相细小弥散且含量降低。单一添加Gd及复合添加Gd与Ca后

蠕变应变量分别降低了69.3%、80.7%。复合添加Gd与Ca后

合金的抗高温蠕变性能比单独加入稀土元素Gd时更好。变质剂Gd与Ca有效改善了Mg-7Al-1Si合金的摩擦磨损性能。

Abstract

Microstructure and properties of the Mg-7Al-1Si alloy with Gd addition or Gd-Ca compound addition were investigated by OM（optical microscopy）

SEM（scanning electron microscopy）

hardness testing and tensile testing.The results show that the matrix grain in the alloy can be refined

and theβ-Mg

phase becomes small and dispersed with Gd or Gd-Ca combined addition.After addition of Gd or Gd-Ca compound addition

creep strain of the alloy is decreased by 69.3%and by 80.7%

respectively.The high temperature creep properties of the alloys with Gd-Ca compound addition is superior to that of Gd alone.The friction and wear properties of the Mg-7Al-1Si alloy modified by Gd and Ca compound modifier can be improved effectively.
