摘要

通过添加不同含量W粉制备高性能涂层

借助光学显微镜、硬度计以及磨粒磨损试验机等手段

对比研究了W含量对氩弧熔覆修复金属模具涂层组织与性能的影响。结果表明

W对涂层显微组织与性能有显著影响。随着W粉添加量的增加

涂层中奥氏体组织逐渐消失

初生碳化物M

含量增加。涂层硬度（HRC）值从52增加到62

而涂层耐磨性则表现为先增加后减小。其中当W粉添加量为5%时

初生碳化物M

均匀分布在涂层中

耐磨性最佳

其相对耐磨性比基体提高了22.5倍。

Abstract

Effects of W on microstructure and properties of wear-resistant coatings with W content from 0to 7.5 % prepared by argon arc cladding were analyzed by optical microscopy

hardness tester and wet sand rubber wheel tester.The results indicate that W has a obvious effect on microstructure and properties of coatings.With the increase of W content

the austenite gradually disappears while the content of primary carbide M

is gradually increased.With increasing in W content

the macro-hardness is increased from 52 HRC to 62 HRC while the wear resistance is increased firstly and then decreased.When W content is 5%

wear resistance of the coating is 22.5times higher than that of substrate

which is attributed to M

distributing uniformly in the coatings.
