HPb59-1黄铜减压阀热挤压工艺及模具
摘要
对减压阀成形工艺进行分析
采用热挤压成形技术生产了HPb59-1黄铜减压阀。建立了减压阀热挤压成形有限元模型
通过数值模拟获得了在减压阀成形过程中金属的流动规律
并制订出减压阀热挤压成形工艺
并设计相应的模具。生产实践表明
采用热挤压工艺可以生产出满足设计要求的减压阀。
Abstract
The forming technology for reducing valve was analyzed
and the HPb59-1brass reducing valve was produced by hot extrusion process.In addition
the finite element model of the hot extrusion forming for the reducing valve was established to simulate liquid metal flow during the forming process of the reducing valve.Based on the simulated results
hot extrusion technology was presented and the die was designed.The practical application shows that the reducing valve can be produced by hot extrusion process.
