压铸铝合金连续燃气熔化能耗分析
摘要
在构建铸造铝合金熔化热能物理和数学模型的同时
基于现场采集数据进行了定量能耗分析。结果表明
常见集中熔化炉进行铸造铝合金连续熔化时
燃气热能的40.8%用于将炉料熔化成760℃的熔体
33.3%随高温烟气外排
16.5%在熔炼操作过程中通过炉门(盖)辐射和对流散失
7.4%通过炉壳表面散失
2%随炉渣外排。
Abstract
The physical and mathematical model of thermal energy of melting cast aluminum alloy was established
and based on worksite data acquisition
quantitative energy consumption analysis was conducted.The results reveal that in continuous melting cast aluminum alloy with centralized melting furnace
40.8% energy is used to melt aluminum alloy to 760 ℃
33.3% of energy is exhausted with high temperature flue gas
and 16.5% of energy is lose in form of radiation and convection during operation process
7.4% of energy is dissipated by furnace shell surface
2% of energy is dissipated with furnace slag.
