By analyzing product process of aluminum alloy fixed clamp by squeezing casting
effects of mould temperature on solidification structure of the fixed clamp were described
and processing parameters were presented.There exist some priority in quality and efficiency for producing aluminum alloy fixed clamp by squeezing casting instead of low pressure casting or permanent mold casting.The satisfied mould working temperature for producing fixed clamp is 180

60℃.When filling rate is decreased form 145mm/s to 70mm/s
the surface bubble rate in the fixed clamp is lower than 5% after T6 heat treatment.
