摘要

采用高能超声振动制备Mg-6Zn-3RE-1.4Y镁合金的半固态浆料

并进行流变挤压铸造。研究了挤压压力对该镁合金组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明

随着流变挤压压力由0增大到200 MPa

合金的组织和力学性能都显著改善。在挤压压力为200 MPa时合金的晶粒形状系数为0.611

比无压时提高了33.1%

而平均晶粒直径为39μm

减小了35%。其抗拉强度为181 MPa、伸长率为8.2%

分别比无压时增加了20.5%和86.4%。断口形貌分析表明

合金的断裂方式从无压时典型的解理断裂转变为200 MPa时的解理断裂和韧窝断裂的混合断裂。

Abstract

The semisolid slurry of Mg-6Zn-3RE-1.4Yalloy was prepared by high-energy ultrasonic vibration.Then the slurry was used to be rheo-squeezed casting.Effects of rheo-squeeze pressure on microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-6Zn-3RE-1.4Yalloy were analyzed.The results show that with the squeeze pressure increased from 0 MPa to 200 MPa

microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy are improved significantly.The grain shape coefficient of the alloy at 200 MPa reaches 0.611

which increased by 33.1% compared with that at 0 MPa

meanwhile

the average diameter of the grains at 200 MPa is 39μm

which is reduced by 35% compared with that at 0 MPa.The tensile strength and elongation of the alloy reach 181 MPa and 8.2% at 200 MPa

increased by 20.5% and 86.4%

respectively

compared with those at 0 MPa.Fracture morphology analysis reveals that the alloy fracture mode is changed from cleavage fracture at 0 MPa into mixed fracture of cleavage fracture and dimple fracture at 200 MPa.
