摘要

以发动机缸体压铸件为对象

利用Magma软件对真空压铸充型过程的气体压力情况和卷气情况进行了数值仿真分析

并通过金相组织观察、CT扫描、力学性能试验和致密度测定

分析了真空压铸对发动机缸体铸件品质的影响

探求了致密度对铸件性能的影响。结果表明

抽真空能减少压铸充型过程中型腔内的气体压力

改善铸件的卷气

且真空压铸工艺能有效降低压铸件的孔隙率

提高组织致密性

改善铸件性能。

Abstract

The Magma software was used to predict the gas pressure in vacuum die casting filling process and gas entrapment in vacuum die casting engine cylinder block.Through the microstructure observation

CT scanning

mechanical properties test and density measurement

influences of the vacuum die casting on engine cylinder block casting quality was analyzed to understand effects of density on properties of engine block.The results reveal that the vacuum can reduce the gas pressure inside the cavity during filling process and improve gas entrapment

meanwhile

the vacuum die casting process can reduce the porosity in die castings

improving structure density and the casting properties effectively.
