介绍了高强高导Cu合金加工制备技术的研究进展

重点分析了复合材料法、快速凝固法、大塑性变形法和定向纤维强化在Cu合金制备中的应用。

Abstract

Progress in strengthening high strength and high conductive copper alloys was reviewed from views of alloying and processing technique.The method and mechanism of processing high strength and high conductive copper alloys by alloying technique were described.The progresst in processing technique of high strength and high conductive copper alloys was introduced

focusing on the applications of composite method

rapid solidification

severe plastic deformation and directional fiber reinforced in enhancing high strength and high conductive copper alloys.
