摘要

研究了900℃熔盐腐蚀条件下含Re定向凝固镍基高温合金的腐蚀过程

探讨了合金的腐蚀机制。结果表明

添加Re增强了合金的热腐蚀抗力

加速了合金表面在腐蚀过程中形成致密氧化物保护层

减缓了合金腐蚀进程;同时Re会在合金腐蚀过程中形成强酸性氧化物

从而抑制了合金的碱性熔融腐蚀。

Abstract

Effects of Re addition on the hot corrosion behaviour of directionally solidified（DS）Ni-based superalloys in molten salt system at 900℃ were investigated

and corrosion mechanism was expounded.It is found that the hot corrosion resistance of alloy with Re addition is enhanced gradually.Re can accelerate the oxidation process and lead to a fast formation of protective oxide layer

inhibiting the corrosion of the superalloy.In addition

Re can also form strong acid oxides during corrosion process

which can prevent the alkaline fluxing corrosion.
