摘要

研究了B、Cu元素对铸态铝电工圆杆组织与性能的影响。结果表明

B能与铝电工圆杆中的Fe、Ti、V、Mn杂质元素反应

形成硼化物并析出

使力学性能及电导率均有一定程度提升。复合添加B、Cu元素

能够在电导率降低较少的前提下获得较好的力学性能。当B、Cu添加量分别为0.08%、0.40%时

铸态铝电工圆杆具有较好的综合性能

电导率为34.68MS/m

抗拉强度为95 MPa

屈服强度为78 MPa。

Abstract

Effects of B、Cu on microstructure and properties of the as-cast aluminum electrical round rod were investigated.The results reveal that B can react with the Fe、Ti、V、Mn impurity elements

and Fe、Ti、V、Mn elements are precipitated out by forming the boride

which can improve the mechanical properties and conductivity to some extent.High mechanical properties can be obtained by composite adding B and Cu

and the conductivity will not be weakened significantly.When the content of B、Cu is 0.08%、0.40%（mass fraction）

the as-cast aluminum electrical round rod exhibits satisfied comprehensive performance
