考察了加入量对合金铸态组织、力学性能和阻尼性能的影响。结果表明
Mn对Mg-1Si合金中的共晶Mg2Si相具有良好的变质作用。考虑到成本因素
Mn的最佳加入量为0.5%左右
此时
共晶Mg2Si绝大部分转化为细小点状
合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到175.1 MPa和6.5%
相比Mg-1Si合金提高了约35.5%和71.1%。在整个测试的应变振幅范围内
加入0.5Mn的合金的阻尼值要显著高于Mg-1Si合金的阻尼值。
Abstract
Effects of Mn on the microstructure
mechanical properties and damping capacity of Mg-1Si alloy were investigated.Experimental results show that the morphology of eutectic Mg2 Si phase can be modified significantly.With 0.5% Mn addition
most of eutectic Si is transformed into fine particles in the alloy
and tensile strength and elongation of the alloy reach 175.1 MPa and 6.5%
increased by35.5% and by 71.1%
respectively
compared with those of the unmodified alloy.Mg-1Si-0.5Mn alloy exhibits the higher damping capacity than the unmodified alloy.
