carbon fiber and aluminum alloy matrix exhibits poor wettability
so the interfacial reaction is difficult to control in pressure infiltration.On the basis of experiment of unidirectionally aligned Cf/Al composites prepared by the vacuum pressure infiltration
the preparation of 3D-Cf/Al composites by vacuum pressure infiltration process was carried out
and processing parameters were presented.The results reveal that 3D-Cf/Al composites prepared realize a complete infiltration
and the density and tensile strength of3D-Cf/Al composites reach up to 95.88% and 782.33 MPa
respectively
with the preheating temperature of 500

infiltration temperature of 730 ℃
infiltration pressure of 8 MPa for 20 min.
