挤压铸造Al-25Zn-10Si合金的组织与性能

在ZL102中加入纯Zn、纯Mg
得到Al-12.4Si-4.5Cu及Al-25Zn-10Si-5Mg合金
研究了挤压铸造成形合金的性能。结果表明
两组合金的最佳工艺方案相同
即模具预热温度为240℃
压力为150kN
保压时间为16s
浇注温度为630℃;挤压铸造件经过淬火时效处理之后
微观组织比未经热处理的微观组织均匀、细小
且硬度明显提高。加入5%的Mg元素后
合金组织性能优于不加Mg的。
Abstract
Al-12.4Si-4.5Cu and Al-25Zn-10Si-5Mg alloy were prepared by adding pure Zn and pure Mg into the ZL102 alloy.Properties of the two alloy prepared were analyzed by squeezing casting.The results reveal that the optimized processing parameters for the two alloy is the same including preheating mould at 240 ℃
pressure of 150 kN for 16 sand pouring at 630 ℃.After quenching and aging treatment
microstructure of the squeezing castings exhibits more homogeneous and finer compared with that of one without heat treatment.Meanwhile
hardness is increased significantly.With 5% Mg addition
the microstructure and properties of the alloy are superior to those of the initial alloy.
