Mg-Gd-Y-Nd-Zr合金的时效热处理工艺优化

采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪以及维氏硬度计等
研究了时效热处理工艺对Mg-Gd-Y-Nd-Zr合金的组织和性能的影响。结果表明
时效热处理能够明显改善Mg-Gd-Y-Nd-Zr镁合金的组织和力学性能
时效时合金晶粒内部析出细小弥散的化合物
随着时效温度升高
硬度升高
但是时效温度过高或时间过长会出现过时效现象
导致硬度降低。固溶处理后的最佳时效热处理工艺为200℃×16h
合金的硬度值(HV)达到73.38。
Abstract
Influences of aging treatment process on microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-Gd-YNd-Zr alloy were investigated by optical microscopy(OM)
scanning electron microscopy(SEM)
spectrometer and hardness tester.The results show that aging treatment can obviously improve the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-Gd-Y-Nd-Zr alloy.Intermetallic compounds are precipitated homogeneously along grains
and the hardness is increased with increasing in aging temperature.However
if the aging temperature is too high or time too long
it can lead to over aging phenomenon
resulting in decrease of hardness of the alloy.The desirable aging heat treatment process is 200 ℃×16hafter solid solution treatment
where hardness value of the alloy reaches 73.38(HV).
