三维网络Al2O3/Al多孔复合材料的制备与性能
摘要
采用浸渗法制备了三维网络Al2O3/ZL102多孔陶瓷复合材料
测试了试样的孔隙率、渗透系数及承载能力。用扫描电镜分析了金属/陶瓷界面及陶瓷骨架内管道的形貌
研究了浸渗工艺对多孔材料孔隙率及渗透系数的影响。结果表明
多孔复合材料的孔隙率随陶瓷预制体孔密度的增加而增加
随浸渗温度及浸渗压力的增加而下降;渗透系数随孔隙率的增加而增加;渗透系数较大时
平板试样的承载能力相应较高。
Abstract
Three dimensional network Al2O3/ZL102 porous ceramics composites were prepared by infiltration process.The porosity
permeability coefficient and carrying capacity of the samples were measured.The interface of metal/ceramics and the morphology of pore inside the ceramic skeleton were observed by SEM(scanning electron microscopy).Effects of infiltration parameters on the porosity and permeability coefficient of the porous composites were investigated.The results indicate that the porosity is increased with the increase of ceramic preforms pore density
and decreased with increase of infiltration temperature and pressure.In addition
the permeability coefficient of porous materials is increased with porosity increase.With a higher permeability coefficient
the carrying capacity of the sample is increased accordingly.
