摘要

在500℃保温1 000h的试验条件下

研究了45号钢和304（Cr18Ni9）不锈钢与相变储热材料Mg-15Ca-15Zn合金的相容性。通过失重法评定了钢质试样的腐蚀程度

并采用电子探针（EPMA）对腐蚀层及其元素含量进行了观察和分析。结果表明

熔融态的镁合金对钢质容器材料的腐蚀程度很小

其腐蚀过程主要依赖于Mg原子的扩散控制;Cr能够在晶界形成偏聚

有效阻碍Mg原子的扩散

因此304不锈钢在熔融镁合金中的耐腐蚀性能要优于45号钢。

Abstract

At 500 ℃for 1 000 h

the compatibility between 45# carbon steel or 304（18Cr9Ni）stainless steel and Mg-15Ca-15 Zn phase change heat storage alloy was analyzed.The corrosion ability of steel samples was evaluated by weight-loss method

and the corrosion layers and their elements were analyzed by EPMA.The results show that the molten Mg alloy has a little corrosion to steel container materials

and the corrosion process is controlled mainly by the diffusion of Mg atoms.Cr can be segregated at the grain boundary

preventing effectively the diffusion of the Mg atoms

therefore

the corrosion resistance of 304 stainless steel in molten magnesium alloy is superior to that of 45# carbon steel.
