Application of new copper base alloy contact material(CSC material)in T90 general electromagnetic relay and JQ-100 Hcontactor was described.Results show that before and after impedance load and life test
the contact resistance of contacts CSC materials can meet the requirements and its electrical life is increased relatively.Microstructure composition analysis shows that the excellent electric performance and improvement of service life of the contact materials are attributed to the existence of the single-phase Mo granular particle
enrichment of Co in the pit of contact surface and uniform distribution of Ni3 Ti in the matrix.And compared with AgCdO contact
its production cost is lower with pollution free to the environment based on ensuring the good comprehensive properties of the contact.
