加压凝固ZM6镁合金的组织及性能
摘要
研究了加压条件下镁合金ZM6合金凝固组织变化特征
特别是第二相β-Mg17Al12的生成和演变机制
并进一步研究了其力学性能变化。结果表明
加压可改变合金的凝固速率
进而改变初生相的固溶度
导致β相来不及析出而数量减少;同时加压试样的凝固组织内晶粒有所细化
晶界周围几乎无短棒状第二相析出
且晶界宽度小;拉伸性能和显微硬度有所提高。
Abstract
Solidification microstructure evolution characteristics of magnesium alloy ZM6 under pressurized condition was explored
focusing on formation and evolution mechanism of second phase β-Mg17Al12 in ZM6 alloy.Meanwhile
the mechanical properties of the ZM6 alloy were measured.The results show that pressure can result in the decrease ofβ-phase precipitates through changing solidification rate to affect the solubility of the primary phase.Grain size of pressurized ZM6 was refined
meanwhile
the generation of short rod-likeβ-Mg17Al12 around thinned grain boundary was observed rarely.Tensile properties and micro-hardness of ZM6 were improved after pressurization.
