变速箱侧盖压铸成形的缺陷分析及对策

针对某变速箱侧盖铝合金的压铸成形
应用数值模拟方法
分析铝合金液体流动充型状态与铸件缺陷的分布
确定了铸件的浇注系统与排气系统
大大减少了模具的开发周期。同时在试模与试生产阶段
从浇注、工艺、模具等方面分析了不同缺陷产生的原因
提出了改善措施。结果表明
合理的浇注、排气系统与合理的冷却是获得高品质压铸件的关键。
Abstract
Numerical simulation method was adopted to predict the filling process of liquid aluminum alloy and defect distribution in the die casting aluminum alloy side cover of gear-box and then to optimize the gating-exhaust system
so the development time of die casting die was shortened significantly.Meanwhile
during mould-trial and production-trial
origination of different defects from the casting process and mould were analyzed
and countermeasures were presented.The results show that a reasonable casting-exhaust system and the cooling system are the keys to obtain high-quality die castings.
