设计合理的浇注系统使铸件利于排气和补缩
在生产中掌握好铝液熔炼工艺要点
保证精炼质量。采用慢压射压铸工艺
找准增压转换点
同时在模具深腔处镶拼的芯子上增加减压筋和排气槽
可以有效地降低铸件气孔不良率
提高铸件质量。
Abstract
Gas porosity is one of the biggest problems in die casting.Caster arm aluminum casting easily generate gas porosity due to its wall thickness and multi-ribs.Through analysis of the product structure
reasonable gating system for exhaust and feeding was designed.Aluminum alloy melting was controlled strictly in the production to ensure the quality of refining.Slow shot die casting technology was adopted with choosing exactly pressure conversion point.Decompression reinforcement and exhausting groove were set on the core of mold deep cavity
reducing effectively gas porosity rate in casting and improving the quality of the caster arm.
