Effects of heat treatment and SiC content on microstructure and mechanical properties of C194 alloy were investigated. The results show that the desirable comprehensive properties of the alloy can be obtained with cold rolling reduction of 85% and aging treatment at 375 ℃for 2h.The tensile strength of the alloy with 0.6% SiC reaches 339.03 MPa after aging treatment
increased by 7.7%than the C194 alloy without SiC after aging treatment
and the satisfied electrical conductivity is retained.Compared with the cold rolling alloy without SiC addition
tensile strength of the alloy with aging treatment after cold rolling reaches 313.6 MPa
only increased by 0.41%
while the tensile strength of the alloy with SiC reaches 338.78 MPa
