消失模铸造破碎机高锰钢衬板
摘要
研究了破碎机衬板使用工况
对高锰钢成分进行优化设计和变质改性处理。浇注系统为半封闭式
内浇道为扁平喇叭状、带割片保温冒口
采用负压消失模铸造工艺
应用自主研发的变质剂铸造。热处理工艺采取"淬火+回火"。结果发现
破碎机衬板有较好的金相显微组织
碳化物数量和残余奥氏体量的形状、大小和分布良好
力学性能和耐磨性明显优于普通衬板。
Abstract
The liner in crusher was analyzed
and the composition optimization design and modification were conducted.The gating system is enlarged running system containing several flat horn ingates and heat insulating riser with knock-off head
and negative pressure cast(EPC)process was adopted and a self-developed modifiers were used."Quenching & tempering"heat-treat process was conducted by strictly controlling quenching temperature
holding time and cooling rate.The mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of high manganese alloy were improved.This crusher liner has a good grain microstructure
density and quantity of carbide as well as good amount
shape
size and distribution of retained austenite
whoses mechanical properties and wear resistance are significantly better than those of commercial liner.
