some properties of the water base EPC coating for ZL101 Aand HT200castings were measured
such as refractory aggregate gradation and the corresponding volume density
the corresponding relationship between coating viscosity and stress with shear rate
the variation curve of the normal contact angle that the first dip process of the coating on EPS model surface and the normal contact angle which the second dip process of the coating on dry coating shell surface
the high temperature contact angle of liquid HT200 on dry coating layer shell at 0.011 Pa.By use of spectrum measurement instrument and scanning electron microscope
the changes of micro morphology and elements composition of coating before and after pouring were observed and analyzed comparatively.
