利用激光熔覆技术在45号钢表面上制备了复合涂层
使用SEM、XRD与EDS等方法对涂层的显微组织、相组成进行了分析
讨论了不同W含量对涂层室温干滑动摩擦条件下耐磨性的影响。结果表明
W、W5Si3、WSi2及(Fe
Ni)固溶体使涂层的显微硬度显著提高(最高达1 040 HV)
随着W含量降低
涂层的硬度下降
磨损加快。
Abstract
Ni-W-Si intermetallic composite coatings were prepared by laser cladding on 45 steel with NiW-Si alloy powder as raw materials.Microstructure and composition of the coatings fabricated were characterized by SEM
XRD and EDS.Effects of W content on the hardness and wear resistance of the composite coatings were investigated in condition of dry sliding at room temperature.The results indicate that the coatings prepared with high handness can be attributed to the phases such as W、W5Si3、WSi2and(Fe
Ni)solid solution(the maximum hardness reaches 1 040HV).The hardness of the coatings is decreased and wear loss is increased with the increase of W content in coatings.
