摘要

给出了一种基于CAD/CAE/CAM的快速铸造方法及其应用实例:首先利用CAD技术快速进行铸造工艺设计;然后采用CAE技术加以模拟仿真

进行优化改进;最后依靠数字化无模精确砂型制备技术快速加工出合格的铸型。与传统的铸造方法相比

该方法提高了铸造工艺设计和铸型制备的效率

不仅大大缩短了铸件的生产周期

而且确保了铸件的尺寸精度和内部质量

在单件、小批量铸件的研制与生产中具有一定的优势。

Abstract

A rapid casting method based on CAD/CAE/CAM and its application were presented.The casting process was designed rapidly with CAD technology at first

then numerical simulation and analysis with CAE technology was used to optimize and improve the casting process.Finally

the qualified mould was processed quickly with the help of patternless precise casting CNC manufacturing technology.Compared with the traditional casting method

the method can not only improve the response speed of casting

but also ensure the accuracy in size and internal quality of casting by improving the efficiency of casting process design and mould manufacturing

exhibiting a certain advantages in the development and production of single and small batch casting.
