但实际生产中出现了缩孔、缩松等缺陷。结合其材料特性和复杂结构
分析了缺陷产生的原因
并运用华铸CAE铸造模拟软件进行模拟
优化了工艺方案
达到了提高铸件品质、降低废品率的目的。
Abstract
Diffuser is an important parts of containment spray pump
which is produced with low carbon martensite stainless steel.Aiming at the structural characteristics and material properties
design of the initial process was conducted.However
shrinkage porosity(holes)defects were observed in the actual product.Combined with its material properties and structural analysis
origination of defects was analyzed.The processing system was optimized by Huazhu CAE.The results reveal that the quality of the spray pump diffuser is improved with the decrease of scrap rate.
