7055超高强铝合金的固溶工艺研究
摘要
通过对7055铝合金金相组织、力学性能测试
辅助以XRD分析和TEM分析等
研究了固溶工艺对7055铝合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明
合金在470℃固溶时
合金的晶界处仍然有断续分布、粗大未溶的初生第二相粒子
但晶内大部分的第二相粒子已经回溶。当固溶温度升高到480℃时
晶粒明显长大
且具有较为明显的过烧特征。综合考虑
将固溶温度选择在470℃
7055合金既可以获得高强度(460 MPa)
又可以具有良好的塑性(29.5%)。
Abstract
Effects of solid solution process on microstructure and mechanical properties of 7055 aluminum alloy were investigated by microstructure analysis
mechanical testing
TEM(transmission electron microscopy)and XRD(X-ray diffraction).The results show that discontinuous distribution and coarse second phase particles are observed in the grain boundaries of the alloy
however
the major second phase particles in the grain are re-dissolved at 470℃.With increasing temperature to 480℃
the grain coarseness and obvious over-burning characteristics can be observed.Considering both strength and elongation of the alloy
the desirable solution temperature for the alloy is 470℃
where the strength and elongation of the alloy reach 460 MPa and 29.5%
