Cu-0.8Cr-0.2Zr触头材料的组织与性能
摘要
制备了Cu-0.8Cr-0.2Zr触头合金材料
并对其组织与性能进行了研究。结果发现
Cu-0.8Cr-0.2Zr合金基体呈面心立方(FCC)结构
基体上Zr颗粒呈弥散分布
合金硬度(HB)为141
抗拉强度约为430 MPa
电导率为43.5 MS/m
软化温度为550℃。
Abstract
Cu-0.8Cr-0.2Zr alloy containing Zr was prepared by internal oxidation method
and microstructure and properties of the alloy prepared were investigated.The experimental results indicate that the alloy maintains face centered cubic(FCC)lattice
and Zr-containing precipitates are dispersedly distributed in the matrix uniformly
so the alloy exhibits excellent performance.The hardness(HV)and the tensile strength of the alloy reach up to 141
430 MPa
respectively
while the electric conductivity reaches 43.5 MS/m with the softening temperature of 550 ℃.
