摘要

针对目前精密铸造行业的能耗问题、环保问题以及工艺稳定性问题

通过采用硅碳棒加热和纤维棉保温的方式对电阻炉进行了改造。结果表明

硅碳棒冷炉焙烧型壳一炉只需140kW·h

比电阻炉冷炉加热节电65%

热炉焙烧只需35kW·h

比电阻炉加热节电53.3%

节能效果显著。

Abstract

Based on the problem of energy consumption

environmental protection and process stability in precision casting industry

the resistance furnace was modified with Si-C rod heating and cotton fibre insulation.The results reveal that Si-C rod heating furnace only need 140kW·h for baking per-furnace shell mold

saving energy 65%

and it only needs 35kW·h for baking shell mold in the heating furnace

saving 53.3%

compared with those electric furnace

exhibiting significant saving-energy efficiency.
